Archival Recording & Assessment

Over 28 years we have undertaken commissions and projects across across the gamut of history and heritage practise. These relate to a variety of historical themes, heritage issues and for a variety of purposes in a variety of formats. Archival Recording: 146 Windsor Street, Paddington

146 Windsor Street, Paddington is located within the Paddington Heritage Conservation Area. Development consent has been granted for alterations and additions to the property. The alterations involve demolishing the rear of the property and rebuilding a new structure. Interpretation Plan & Archival Recording for 2-6 Bridge Road, Stanmore

Archival Recording, history and interpretation plan for the site at 2-6 Bridge Road Stanmore, which was being demolished and a new residential building constructed. (The Meterhouse Luxury Apartments)  

2002

Archival Recording of 198 Queen Street, Woollahra.

The objective of this Archival recording is to provide a comprehensive photographic record of the house at 198 Queen Street and a set of detailed, annotated archtectural drawings which satisfy the requirements of both Woollahra Municipal Council and the NSW Heritage Office. No 198 Queen Street is listed as a Heritage item by Woollahra Council and is included within a Conservation area.

1997 - 1998

Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial Hospital Operating Block Archival Recording.

Archival recording was required as the operating block was to be demolished and rebuilt to upgrade the surgical facilities at the Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial Hospital.

1997

Florence Bartley Library, Kings Cross, Recording Project. Fitzroy Gardens, Potts Point

Client: Jackson Teece Chesterman Willis Consultants Pty Ltd for South Sydney City Council

Archival record of the Florence Bartley Library prior to its demolition including photographs and drawings. This included a full set of measured drawings of the building as it exists at present and photographic documentation including colour slides and black and white photographs of both the interior and exterior of the building.
