Over 31 years we have undertaken commissions and projects across across the gamut of history and heritage practise. These relate to a variety of historical themes, heritage issues and for a variety of purposes in a variety of formats. Hurstville's Meridian Hotel has been presiding over Forest Road since it opened as the White Horse Hotel, in July 1927. In celebration of its opening, publican Samuel Wallington put on an open bar for the first two hours; serving up 600 gallons of beer - which roughly equates to 2727 litres or 6418 schooners!

This historic context report covered the period from the D'harrawal's sole occupancy to contemporary times, including the industrial heritage of the site. It was to inform an assessment of the impact of the works on the heritage qualities of the area.

Client: Tanner Kibble Denton Architects, for Liverpool City Council

Looking to the past to inform the future. Sue Rosen Associates researched the site of the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre from pre-contact, through colonial settlement to the 1950s; creating an account of the traditional land use and development on the site, culminating in the construction of the then - Liverpool Power House.

A small portion of the wharf broaches Goat Island proper, it is for the most part adjacent to the state listed Lot 3  DP 837195 comprising Goat Island. The wharf is now structurally unsound and a marine hazard.

Expert Advice for Land and Environment Court Hearing re: heritage listing of 39 Dudley Street Coogee

Client: Randwick City Council

This project was to comment on the status of  39 Dudley Street which had an interim heritage order placed on it. The owner applied to the Court to have the order removed with plans for its demolition. The house  is a remarkably intact Californian bungalow constructed in 1921 in the first phase of the suburbanisation of Coogee.
