Sue and David are just back from 2 weeks of camping in Bournda National Park. The Saphire Coast as the area is promoted, must be the most beautiful stretch of coast in the country. Aside from kayaking on Wallagoot Lake, swimming at Bithry Inlet, Bournda Lagoon  and walking on bush tracks under a tea-tree canopy we had the pleasue of meeting Alexandra Seddon at the not-for-profit  Potoroo Palace Native Animal Sanctuary near Pambula [http://www.potoroopalace.com] and again at Cows Nest Community Farm near Candelo. Alexandra was also behind the Panboola Wetlands and Heritage Project at Pambula. All these activities involve environmental education, community, conservation, habitat provision and animal rescue. They are all truly inspirational and well worth supporting via a tax deductable donation or bequest.
