Our team prepared a thorough Photographic Archival Recording of the postwar non-listed property at 27 Baker Street, Kensington, in fulfillment of conditions outlined by council in seeking a DA. The client wished to remodel the entire property. Photography of the areas proposed to be remodelled was prioritsed.
