6 The Crescent is located in Precinct 1 of the Beecroft-Cheltenham Heritage Conservation Area of the Hornsby Local Environmental Plan.
We examined the applicable heritage controls for the property and identified constraints and opportunities. Some indicative examples are offered to inspire ideas for design elements of that will be acceptable in the context and to Council’s assessors of the site and the heritage streetscape.
