This project was to comment on the status of  39 Dudley Street which had an interim heritage order placed on it. The owner applied to the Court to have the order removed with plans for its demolition. The house  is a remarkably intact Californian bungalow constructed in 1921 in the first phase of the suburbanisation of Coogee.
