Sue Rosen was engaged by Terry Mullens in March 2017 to comment on the Impact of Drainage Remediation Works on the Heritage Significance of Jenner House, research its history and development and to generally advise on heritage issues as they arose. 

The works undertaken have improved the damp and drainage situation which are crucial to the livability of the building.
