The objective of this report is to assess the heritage impact of the demolition of the existing residence at No. 13 Windeyer Avenue, Gladesville and the construction of a new single story brick veneer residence on the lot; on the heritage values of No. 2 Conservation Area of Hunters Hill and on the nearby individual heritage items at 66, 68 and 70 Prince Edward Street.
