Author: Dr Sue Rosen

Client: Private Client

Sue was comissioned to assess the impact of nearby subdivision on the heritage significance of Glenhope. She examined the proposed subdivision plan and inspected the site. While the subdivision proposed divides Glenhope from a corrugated iron shed built by Bill Salisbury in the 1960s, the subdivision does not in itself destroy the physical linkages between the two buildings. The shed was not considered to be a heritage item.
