This Statement of Heritage Impact has been prepared to accompany a development application demolition of the existing dwelling at 35 Lenthall Street, Kensington.  It is not listed as a heritage item in Schedule 5 of Randwick (LEP) 2012. It is, however, located within the West Kensington Conservation Area.
