Sue will be giving a Zoom talk on the history of Anzac Parade for Randwick Council and the Randwick and District  Historical Society at 6:30 on Wednesday 21 April.

Celebrating the Australian Heritage Festival’s theme of ‘Our Heritage for the Future’, Sue examines the origins of ANZAC Parade as a thoroughfare. She traces its history and development through incorporating First Nation heritage and post-European settlement. The long history of ANZAC Parade will be analysed through a military lens – the many military or defence related sites and events along its length will be explored.
