2 Campbell Road was constructed in 1894 and is listed as a heritage item on The Hills LEP. The residence Sunny Crest demonstrates increasingly rare aesthetic characteristics in the LGA, being a rural interpretation of an early Edwardian style, exhibiting its rural context by being constructed of timber weatherboarding, corrugated iron roofing and timber post-supported skillion verandahs.

The Wattles is a heritage listed house in the Cumberland LGA, constructed between 1851 and 1875, it is one of the oldest residendences in the LGA. The issues of concern was how to appropriately conserve, reuse and adapt the property in the context of a larger development while protecting its heritage values and making it accessible to the public. In addition to the HIS we prepared a Schedule of Works to guide the conservation of the building.

The photographic archival record was required by Woollahra Municipal Council per consent condition B.4 of Development Consent Notice for DA 462/2021/1, dated 22 December 2021.
lCKDA Architecture Pty Ltd produced the architectural drawings, and the Heritage Impact Statement was prepared by P.A Duggan Architect and Heritage Consultant.
