The objective of this Heritage Impact Statement is to examine the impact of the construction of a new dwelling at 4A Westminster Avenue, on the adjacent heritage item at 159 Pennant Hills Road and also to consider any potential impacts on the nearby heritage item at 157 Pennant Hills Road. These two properties are listed on the Baulkham Hills Shire Local Environmental Plan, Schedule 1 as items of local historical significance.
