Sue Rosen Associates were commissioned by the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists to assess the cultural significance of the Trainor Owen Archive of historic documents, pertaining to the College and the history of Radiology in Australia and New Zealand. After extensive investigation, we determined that the Trainor Owen Archive has national significance. It has a very high level of historic significance and its ongoing research value is considerable.

This one-bedroom cottage is a simple weatherboard and fibro cement (asbestos) utilitarian structure constructed in c. 1950 to accommodate staff employed at the Koala Sanctuary.
